By using the wharp app you agree to these terms. We tried to write them in plain language — no legalese, no fine print.

What wharp is

wharp is a client app for connecting to the internet over the VLESS protocol. We provide the tool. How you use it is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use wharp for anything that breaks the law in your country or harms other people, servers, or networks. Everything else is fair game.

Trial and payments

Trial access is free, granted inside the app. After it expires you can subscribe — pricing and terms are shown inside the app. No silent auto-charges without your explicit consent.

Warranty

We do everything to keep the service stable and fast. But the internet has bad days — ISPs, blocks, weather on Mars. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know inside the app.
